Role & Responsibilities
- Provide professional customer support for GrowWithTejas software and SaaS products.
- Understand customer requirements and explain appropriate software solutions.
- Guide customers through software features, dashboards and business workflows.
- Troubleshoot basic software issues and coordinate with the technical development team when required.
- Handle customer queries through phone, email and other communication channels.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain software features to prospective customers.
- Follow up with customers regarding implementation, support and product usage.
- Maintain professional relationships with existing and prospective customers.
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer support, software support, SaaS or a related position.
- Good understanding of software-based products and business applications.
- Knowledge of SaaS products and cloud-based software platforms.
- Basic knowledge of PHP, Java or Python.
- Ability to understand technical problems and communicate them clearly.
- Experience with software sales or SaaS product selling will be an advantage.
- Experience in product demonstration, customer onboarding or software implementation will be preferred.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills are essential.
